good gosh i just woke up after a long rip van winkle sleep.quite a long break from whole concept of blogging,good to have taken a decision to make a come back in fact in a make over form(in the sense i have changed quite a bit since i have started this blog,like grown a year smart and so on) on jan 26,its India's republic day and perhaps a day to shift+delete my lethargic habits.

The trauma of attending an interview wasn’t actually grilled today but just finished up giving the resume. It’s quite a difficult task when you don't have even a resume.(on contrary i scream at my juniors to break typology cv's and prepare an out of box resumes and send them well in advance for their practical training)hope none of them are actually reading this. I have literally stopped looking at opportunities column in news papers or uploading my resume on to naukri.com for quite a long time now. Almost year and a half. It's quite taxing for one working on own (spell it self employed) to attend a formal interview as you are posed with bizarre questions on every heading in the resume. Here are a few why is your resume not done in ms word or preferred formats? Like breaking the rules so tell me about you?
